Humber College Change Management YouTube Channel
Along with the Panopto video platform, YouTube has been used as a repository of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) training videos. I have uploaded videos to the page, tracked the views to ensure that the information provided is relevant and is reaching the intended college audience. This information has also helped in determining which communication channels work best for releasing these videos to the community. To ensure AODA compliance, I have used the "Subtitle" feature on the YouTube Studio platform to upload, edit and manually input captions.

Sad Chairs of Instagram
Sadchairsofinsta is a passion project that started off as an inside joke but has developed into a community of discarded furniture enthusiasts. The main purpose of this account is to share various photos of chairs (and other furniture intended for seating) and personify their experience. All of the content for this account is created by me, from capturing the perfect angle of a chair left on a curb to writing the most fitting sad caption. With each post, I ensure that everything fits the brand (always sad and riddled with existential doubt) and fits the overall mood of the account. Sadchairsofinsta has been around since August 2019 and since then has joined a community of individuals posting similar content from all around the world, tagging and sharing each other's content to increase engagement. Other individuals have also reached out to the account to share their sad chair findings. These posts have been added as stories to increase user interaction. Since making this a business account, I have been tracking engagement and analytics to gather data on which posts do best and how to improve future content.
