Samantha Blackwood: Portfolio

Portfolio website created for Samantha Blackwood, a Toronto writer, editor and content marketer. Updated the logo with a custom font to suit the nature of Samantha's business and to fit the new elegant style of the website itself. To make the content stand out more, I kept the design simple and clean, with an emphasis on the text-based nature of the work. Added drop-caps to large bodies of text, to highlight a "writerly" feel. This website was designed using Adobe XD and build using the WIX website builder.

Logo Design

Created the logo based on the client's handwriting and added a heptagonal shape to mimic a shape of a wax stamp, to highlight the nature of the business.
